Oklahoma boasts beautiful winters during which you can fish for specific target species while enjoying the outdoors in a new way. Trails Guide Service runs winter fishing charters from Thanksgiving until March in the Kingston and Lake Texoma, OK areas. If you join us for a winter charter, you’ll want to dress warmly and bring a raincoat just in case. We’ll pick you up at a specified point, likely the marina, and take you and your guests on an adventure to catch trophy blue catfish and beautiful striped bass.

Ready to hit the water?

Our winter trips are a bit longer than our other charters, so be sure to prepare accordingly. When you join us for a winter fishing charter, you can:

• Enjoy the water with up to four guests, including yourself
• Bring your own food, snacks and alcohol
• Catch trophy fish of over 50 pounds

We’ll set out 20 to 30 jugs for catfish as we head out and check them on the way back. If you decide to keep any of the fish you catch, we’ll help you clean and pack them on return. Speak with our winter fishing guide now about your trip.
